Digiprog problem with golf 4 TDI 2000
Hello,
I have tested to change the kilometers on the dash of a VW golf IV tdi 2000 with my digiprog3 clone v4.94 by obd. But whitout any results. He dont read me the old km, he give me an "?". Anyway, I write the new kilometeres, and he say me test 0, test 1 etc.., and "wegfahrspeere kodieren 0x00". Does anyone knows what I have to do here?? I pressed "X", and I have waited so much time, so i've cut the digiprog alimentation. The kilometers on the dashboard displayed the old. But all is ok with the dashboard and car, everything works well whew. Of course, in the process, the ingnition was on! I've never seen something like this doing a VW with Digiprog, so if somenone could help me, it would be very cool!! Thanks in advance! Best regards |

Did it ask to enter a code? or can you only press 'v' or 'x'?
do you have a photo? |

RE: Digiprog problem with golf 4 TDI 2000
I didn't have photo...
In fact, the digiprog open a little window with something like that : "Code -> 0xFFFF=back to the beginning" -> I'm not sure of the exact message "0x " And after this "0x", i can do what i want (enter something, or just "V" or "X") But i don't know if i have to enter a code or not... There is my problem. |

RE: Digiprog problem with golf 4 TDI 2000
It's searching pin by brute force. You have to let-it do his job.
Sometimes it takes almos 1 hour. This happens with MM dash. |
