Initially the FA had inserted 801 and 851, but it throws a HW difference note

In principle, everything works (maps, etc.), although the flash ends with an error. As far as I understand, there is no viable solution to the HW difference issue (other than replacing the unit with a native ECE). So, eventually, I'm happy with the current solution; as for the "end-user," there are no visual or functional peculiarities. Please let me know if there is a better way to make the conversion. 

So here is what I did to sum it up:

• FA modify: 807 (JAP)->801(GER) and 852(JAP)->851(GER)
  
• CIC unit is now flashed as ECE HW (which it is not) with "hw from svt_ist" (1h 20min flash ends with an error, not bricking anything)
  
• Clone HDD with ECE image and activate maps

I have converted cic japan to EU
I havent got error flash i have just flash sw no btloader

OK, I will not attempt to re-flash it as it works fine. But it is a good tip and might be helpful for anyone who does the conversion.
