solved by uploading 1A8 FSC from repair pack.
who installed that unit for him just uploaded three main FSC's, didn't bother about the rest.

MGU Patching/Virginizing.
Feature Installer codes.
Physical NBT EVO Repairs.
CarPlay activations.
Remote BMW Coding.
