CCC flash WINKFP ICOM
Hello
I have an issue with flashing E90 CCC to E60 CCC software with WINKFP & EasyConnect 62 - CC6260 - MostGW - K-line (Finishes OK, no problem) 9185627 3F - CC3F60 - ASK - Most async (Finishes OK, no problem) 9185549 47 - CC4760 - ANT - Most async (Finishes OK, no problem) 9185625 67 - CC6360 - BO - Most async (error 7042 Programming mode started - no answer from ECU (IFH-0009) but gateway o.k.) 9185623 A0 - CCA060 - CCC-A - Most async (error 7042 Programming mode started - no answer from ECU (IFH-0009) but gateway o.k.) 9193872 At first I used original ICOM NEXT + ICOM NEXT B MOST adapter. Then I tried with original ICOM A1 + orange ICOM B MOST adapter. Same problem with both setup. I am flashing this on bench. Bench consists of SGM-SIM module for gateway and OBD socket and of course CCC head unit. Any help? Coding E + F Modelles in near from Graz, Austria

The IFH-0009 error indicates the system is unable to communicate with the HU, which is potential result of a corrupted boot loader.
Can you perform SG_RESET with NCS for the unit? Can you communicate with the unit with Tool32? If yes, then you could make a new attempt with different diagnosis protocol in communication menu to KWP2000, if it makes any difference? Have you tried NFS Emergency Flash already? If repair cd works and external flash does not, that means you have broken/degraded joint between BGA chip and PCB. Needs reballing or at the VERY least reheating. CCC on it's way to stop working completely sooner or later.

What unit HW You have ? Maybe You want to flash wrong software nr for Your HW.
