hi all, i recently done immo off on 2010 seat leon 1.4 tsi but now the guy wants safe removed from dash, not sure about the procedure, i've only ever made transponders by ecu eeprom dump on older cars but i don't think this will work in this case, i have otofix im1 ( same as autel 508 ) but i'm not sure if it will work with immo off, also what transponder do i need to buy or can i relearn his old key, i don't have the car here, not even sure when he's coming down to me, i just want to be prepaired, cheers all.

Seat use id48 precoded to seat with cs
Safe appeared after immo off ? Or it was there before ?

In case dash akl situation you need to read eeprom by programmer and save as orig
Then make service mode eep and write to dash also by programmer then put dash in car turn ig on write orig file by obd then read immodata and save and make dealer key then learn to car
Depends on dash for sure

hi raffy, the car had intermittant immo issue, sometimes wouldn't start and safe would appear, s on dash so he wanted immo off but as you know safe is permanant now

I asked him to send me a pic of the key and the dash, might be helpful, I happen to have a transponder here but not sure if it's the correct one

Al70 if car have immo issue, probably you cant add new keys, and i think you don't must it. Car just not recognized key, .. Check or change ignition coil etc..

not sure what the issue is sivyx, he lives a long way away, he posted me the ecu for immo off, he never complained about safe on dash, he only mentioned it to me when i contacted him to see if car started ok, i thought i could remove safe from dash by making a new transponder

I have these options in otofix but I'm not sure if It will work with immo off, is there any other way to remove safe from this dash, I will know more when he calls down, not even sure what dash is in the car

If coil is damaged and can not read transponder or key is not learned you get SAFE on dash if you make immo off. Check coil, wires to dash and transponder. If this is ok Dash have fault

Coil is connected to dash on pin 7 + 8 if you want to check wires
