then I think (if it all happened after trying to disable ACC), something is messed in coding.
in this case, I would ask guys that tried to change anything for first full scan of this vehicle to compare coding.
If they are using brain.exe, then for 100% they saved it just in case if something goes bad.
Or try to do online coding  of ABS to get it back to stock.

I think there is no other way than dealer just talked to guy that works in VW and asked him about any way to get stock coding, but he said that there is no other way than use their tools. Nowdays everything is blocked and you cant check anything post your coding please. what tool are you using? - VCDS? does it give any descriptions in coding?

Nothing is blocked, I buy VAG access online and encode everything using ODIS. I have doubts that the correct ABS encoding is installed online. I also use VCDS.
