i tried this and on Instrument Error ACC 

STG01 - Motorelektronik > Byte 5 > Bit 4 aktivieren ("Trailer installed") - Kann je nach Motor auch eine andere Byte/Bit-Position sein

STG03 - Bremsenelektronik > Login: 61378 > Anpassung > Kanal "Gespannstabilisierung" > Wert auf "aktiviert" setzen

STG09 - Zentralelektrik > Login: 31347 > Anpassung > "Vernetzung Anhaengerschlussgeraet (ab MJ2017)

STG10 - Einparkhilfe II > Login: 71679 > Byte 3 > Bit 0-1 auf "01 Trailer Hitch installed (manuell abnehmbar)" oder "02 Trailer Hitch installed (elektrisch ausfahrbar)" setzen

STG13 - Distanzelektronik > Bei Teilenummer 2Q0: > Login: 20103 > Byte 3 > Bit 3

STG3C - Spurwechselassistent >
Bei Teilenummer 2Q0 und 3Q0: > Byte 00 > Bit 4-5 auf 20 ECU for Draw bar, with ECU for draw bar

STG6C - Rückfahrkamera > Byte 04 > Bit 0 equipment ahk

STGA5 - Vorfeldkamera >
Bei Teilenummer 2Q0: > Login: 20103 > Byte 05 > Bit 4 auf „AAG,0=not_coded / 1=coded" setzen

STG69 - Anhängerelektronik >
Byte 1 > Bit 0-7 auf "01 Trailer Connector Diagnosis active" und/oder Byte 3 > Bit 0-7 auf den passenden Eintrag setzen "01 Trailer Connector Diagnosis active" (siehe Nachrüstanleitung)

Did you do ignition off and on again after coding? As this is needed in this case to solve all the faults.
As these faults aren't static I think you should erase them after that

was turned off and on and all errors cleared. and took a test drive. I have OBD app but the company is bankrupt. no more feedback. I have now ordered the KECODI interface, it will arrive next week and I will report back

you checked the verbauliste in STG19 (gateway)?

Verbauliste -> 69 (must be checked)

yes, 69 is ok. Bought KECODI doesn't work either. Now I've ordered an original cable set.
