Help please someone!

I followed Darkdll's very helpful instructions and have updated my firmware and maps. See 2 pics attached.

Only I followed the instructions carefully from page 1 about activation but can't get either djdeniska or 571 & Sjaxo activator to work!

So of course I have no satnav

Quick help would be appreciated please

Edit: Perhaps with the activator I should press update (the instructions say just put in SD card and wait) but I don't want to do this without advice in case I brick it!

Just one question: Now when I reboot I get like the attached picture. Is it normal for it to do this for perhaps 30 to 45 seconds?
