The question has been resolved. For Mercedes, it is crucial to explain to customers in the owner's manual how to perform a kickdown with the transmission. However, it seems that no one can explain how to move the car without starting the engine.

The first time I expected a Mercedes.

With a forklift on the trailer.

The problem was solved by allowing me to shift gears without starting the engine.

Why I didn't get an answer from 3 Mercedes workshops that I could only tow with a crane.

I can't explain why this isn't in the operating instructions.

In any case, the gears of the 7G can be changed in the CLA 117 automatic without starting the engine.

As I said, I only received engine damage from the customer and I only had to unload with a forklift or crane.
