Missing correct xml file,

So you suggest to use the oldest possible launcher or? Maybe it WON`T change, but first of all he should be up-to-date before start searching why he is not able to find the update with an old launcher...

I do not suggest using oldest possible, but question was WHY launcher does not offer an update. 2013m5 listed why. Old launcher is a WRONG answer to the question.

Old launcher is also listing the update. I have running Launcher 1.48.2.1612 and updated to 4.29.23 without problems.
