The following RNS510 firmware version can be downloaded:

6276

-Download firmare
-Burn on disc (slow as possible, 2x speed)
-Ensure you verify the disc afterwards

Procedure:
1 - Get in the car and turn on the nav - DO NOT PUT THE KEYS IN THE IGNITION
2 - Insert the disc into the Nav.
3 - It will cycle through a few checks and then you will be presented with a screen that tells you about the software and asks you to press OK or Cancel. Press OK. You will then get another screen saying the firmware will be updated are you sure. Select OK again. This process can take around 2-3mins.
4 - The nav will now update. It takes around 50 mins but afterwards you should be presented with this screen

Hi, I tried to update my Touareg's RNS510 (7L6 035 680 B) HW: H04, SW: 0902 with firmware 3810 but failed with "SQL ERROR / Error - APPS - Invalid Source Input". I used a CD at 2x write speed. I also tried DVD but it's not working at all with it. I tried after that another CD with 2760 but still no luck (not actually starting the setup process)
