Virgin 160d0wt problem

Virgin 160d0wt problem
Hello!
I bought used f15 instrument cluster #9364604 to install it on my F25. I read 160d0wt eprom with R270, but can't find any VINs. Can someone check if it is read correctly. Or may be it damaged? Ori bin in atachment.

There is one short vin 0K24926 (X5, F15, 2014), but it may contain errors.

Thanx all! So, is it normally, that 160d0wt contains only one short vin? Or is this a sign that the eprom may be broken?

This panel also contains 95320wt eprom. I don't have programmer for 95320wt. Is it necessary also clear VIN from 95320wt?
