Ok so iv been trying to get my hi-tag2 to function properly for over a week now, i load up the program and it it recognize the device, i have tried pressing Read All Tm pages and the icon on the right turns red , iv tried putting 7 diffrent keys from honda, nissan, opel, vw etc and it does seem to pick any of them up and the advanced functions button just says theit is a transponder error on all keys i try, the device status is plugged in and the drivers are installed

has anyone any experience with this program that can shed some light on this issue?

Did you roll back date say to 3.3.11 on desktop?

Yes that right you must chane date to xx xx 2010 or 2011
