What programmer are you using?

To write dump use 93C46 (16 BIT)
Verify write data if not swap!

Check power from ISO is not different to bench..
Some radio's use 2 +12v not just one..

I don't think the problem is in the connection...
Data error in EEPROM (possible need another dump)

Try this:

Dump from Post 8 is 100% known working on this model..
he has some other problem, either eeprom reader/writer or chip or ACC +12v problem..
