Do I have ibs problem or water pump problem
Is ibs causing water pump damage or water pump damage causes ibs error? Please check attached picture. N55 engine.
I cleared errors. Removed ibs, drove 10 miles problem not came back. Connected ibs back, drove again 20 miles, no errors. I tested car with ista because water pump was turning on itself after turning off engine. P.s. I did bleed from ista. Water pump speed was 30-200. Ista gave these numbers. Is this speed good? |

The bad thing is that I removed errors and after a few miles errors are not come back. I wanted to test with ibs sensor disconnected but errors not coming back. |

What is the vehicle in question?
Rule out IBS disconnecting for a while to follow if the faults reappear, and reconnect for another evaluation period. Click Thanks and Reputation

The IBS evaluates the current quality of the battery by cyclically measuring battery voltage, charge current, discharge current and battery temperature. For the present evaluation, there is no need to worry about over- or undercharging the battery as the IBS will be reverted back to function after a while, and replaced in case of failed IBS sensor.

Yes pump was the issue.
If you replace battery and notice soon that pump died, that means battery was disconnected before car went to sleep and they damaged your pump. Yes pump was the issue.
