can you help me, i have only used 7 times and suddenly device sn changes, unplug and plug in until device sn appears, now says enter password

Hello, I would like to ask. I have car prog clone and cannot do Golf 2007 (micronas). Do you have any idea why cannot do it? :-/
Also i would like to ask what is the activation what about lot you is writting here

No ideas on golf problem

I've had issue where serial number in bottom of program changes to all FFFF or all 0000 and then no longer works again till I reflash.
