Opcom v6 bootloader did not respond - race - 09-06-2016 Hello ! I have buy an opcom clone V6??? 1.45 with pic 18f45k80. Tested on astra h 1.7cdti. only worked on ms-can and sw-can. Hs -can dont work. I have try upgraded with the ocflash to a firmware 1.59. Now when I open VAUX-COM_120309a+131223d_GB and I make the test of interface the result is again fw 1.45 but when I try to connect to my astra no answer. I try to downgrade to 1.45/1,39 but ocflash tell me :< ''Bootloader did not respond...either killed interface, empty pic or new protection!'' So I try to check the bootloader with opcomfut and the bootloader seems ok, Wait 1 second for reset Set RTS High = PIC running RTS high Wait 1.5 second, so bootloader can start FW... RX Buffer clear... OK FW Versions- and Interface ID- request send. * ** *** Interface ID Answer: 0E 00 EB 4F 49 31 32 33 34 35 36 2D 31 32 33 34 BD *** Interface ID (ASCII): OI123456-1234 *** Firmware Version: 1.45 Also i try with new bootloader, please help with advice RE: Opcom v6 bootloader did not respond - obdstart - 13-06-2016 You have FAKE chinese PIC chip. Need to replace with original Microchip PIC 18F458 then reprogram with external programmator because bootloader empty. Already have thread here on forum, only need to read.
