I'll just take a screenshot of the error. Autohex wouldn't even enter the programming menu where you select cas/programming/encode. Ever since I installed it on a fresh win7 x64 windows, it's less stable and sometimes crashes as well, but works 99% no problem. I'll contact customer support when the car comes in and I can replicate that error.
The diagnostics part of it worked great with no problems.

I like the latest .28 update. Played around with it yesteday.
About the work on bench, it says Autohex 2 with hardware version 2, how do we know if we have hardware version 2.
I bought mine about 3-4 months ago, it's a mini-USB with WIFI supported, is that compatible for bench work?

Hi dumd, thank you for all your supporting posts.
Your device is HW2, so you can use it
To see your hardware version: from Configuration , first window: you will see serial number, mac address ,... and Hardware lot number.
In general: all black color WVCI are HW2, most of silver color WVCI are HW1

I'm also interested to buy Autohex II and already asked a guy here in the forum for price, but he want 3350 british pounds for it. Pound is much more expensive than dollar. Do you know what is actual price in dollars?
