I'll just take a screenshot of the error. Autohex wouldn't even enter the programming menu where you select cas/programming/encode. Ever since I installed it on a fresh win7 x64 windows, it's less stable and sometimes crashes as well, but works 99% no problem. I'll contact customer support when the car comes in and I can replicate that error.
The diagnostics part of it worked great with no problems. Thanks. |

I like the latest .28 update. Played around with it yesteday.
About the work on bench, it says Autohex 2 with hardware version 2, how do we know if we have hardware version 2. I bought mine about 3-4 months ago, it's a mini-USB with WIFI supported, is that compatible for bench work? |

Hi dumd, thank you for all your supporting posts.
Your device is HW2, so you can use it  To see your hardware version: from Configuration , first window: you will see serial number, mac address ,... and Hardware lot number. In general: all black color WVCI are HW2, most of silver color WVCI are HW1 cheers |
