Connected Drive Account
My connected drive stopped working since last software update at the dealership, called the BMW service, they said my email used to login in the car is incorrect, and I have to go to the dealership to change that. Does anyone know how to do it? Then I do not have to spend a day for this stupidity. Thanks in advance!

Change the password at the connected drive portal if needed otherwise logon to check the password is correct and that the car is connected

no problem in my case after update but Im back to previous as found some issues and waiting for new update

I was told by BMW that I could not change the account by myself, but it turns out that I could, but the car does not do automated login anymore. I have checked the auto login.
Each time I am in the car, I have to input those stupid user name and password. |
