Instrument Cluster 280 -> 330 km/h non-linear problem
Hello actually I am trying to code my cluster after swaping the gauges from 280 km/h (linear, always + 20km/h steps) to 330 km/h (non-linear 0 -> 120 in 20 km/h steps, 120 -> 330 in 30 km/h steps)
If I work with linear clusters it works perfectly by calculation from the last point (displayed speed and max motorsteps) to first point (5 Points) Now my Problem is the cluster is not linear anymore. I tried to put the m3 cluster values to mine but its not showing right. 330 km/h is always okey but everything lower than 330 km/h the cluster shows less than it should be(just testing on bench with tool32 signal/ perfect toolbox). Then I testes something. If I set up 120 km/h the cluster shows about 100. I manually increased the motorsteps for point 120 km/h (+ 100 + 100 etc.). But the Cluster ist always showing the same (100km/h). It looks like it does not matter what I write between Point 1 (0 km/h) and Point 5 (330 km/h). If I change the motorsteps of point 5 and test 120 km/h the cluster does not show 100 anymore (lower/higher depending of increased or decreased Point 5. My Original/Stock Cluster Information Effective Speed (real speed) 0.0 | 7.8 | 47.1 | 116.0 | 269.1 Displayed Speed 0.0 | 10 | 50 | 120 | 280 Motorsteps 0 | 165 | 825 | 1980 | 4622 |

Oh sorry
it is a E92 Standard cluster. If put m3 dials in it (330 km/h) |
