Take the 62108796113 as that is listed as compatible with your car and is currently the unit showing as the current production unit.

Edit: Saying that, ensure that your friend has the tools and the skills to virginise and install the unit. The 62109319486 is an older unit so could be easier to retrofit. It is not showing in the ETK as a part for an F10 but thats not to say its not compatible.
