After replacing bdc and programmimg mgu has protection
Bdc was new from dealer.
Mgu not replaced. How can this be solved? I can get repair kit from sgate. Will this help me? How must this be treated? |

that's normal, when you replace bdc, cp will be triggered, at dealer they solve this by opening a tsara case and support will give all necessary fsc. Normally all mgu fsc and a cp fsc will be created as new and are available in repair pack after tsara request.

Method 1: Use Ista online, then request fsc 1AA (remove CP).
Method 2: Patch, create and inject patch fsc (not easy). - Secure coding (NCD 2.0) fit to FA changed (Typschlussel, Serie, Region...).
- FSC 1AA002 OEM for remove component protection MGU18/21 (only case BDC replace). - ID8.5 (SFA) conversion/ change region map. - Virgin Kafas4, MRR, RAM used. - Mgu patch, fsc custom match to vin, remove CP. - Reset ISN 7DTC, 8HP for F, G serie (include EGS7). - Write ISN MG1/MD1 with remotely. - Carplay/Android Auto MGU with/without ATM (6AE). ista online has function to sync mgu to BDC when its new.

if BDC is properly coded it will be no issue, im not sure if it will work tho as its actually used when replacing headunit. only one way to find out. only other way is requesting FSC as people previously stated and then BMW has to figure out if they find it legit reason

Ista online has a special bdc exchange procedure. It is a waste of time to use other methods.
