There is nothing to downgrade, simply upgrade from ID4 to ID5
This old method is not relevant anymore

Hi guys, just flashed an ID4 to ID5 with apix2 screen, flash went successful but I have No Signal on display, triple checked coding & even tried coding apix1 but can’t get a picture, I got blue screen showing flash progress up until btldr finished then no signal for the remainder of programming, unit codes fine, loaded fscs & radio works etc but can’t get a picture.
Has anyone had cid failure during flashing?

Quick update, tried an apix1 CID & it works, looks like flashing has killed the apix2 CID somehow

The NBT EVO ID4 support only apix1, probably because don't have a component for work with apix2........i have your same error......but with apix1 work
