You say car has "RAM without SDARS", but according to options it should have one WITH SDARS.

So, as this car is already a mess (many many retrofits registered at BMW and now it seems even units replaced with different ones), best if you post all FA, SVT & NCD files you used to flash and code the car. Or at least explain all you actions step by step ALONG with what modifications you did to default FA and/or SVT files as well as manual changes to NCDs.

As your question just became: Find the reason the car wants FSC.

P.S. Simplest of guesses - you coded RAM with default FA so SDARS was coded to be expected.
Car comes from us to ece. Retrofit RAM with DAB and TV. Flashed RAM with factory IStep, no faults in RAM, all work. No SDARS in FA.
After activate CD, need to flash to higher IStep for CarPlay and Android Auto. Flashed complete car to 4.33.31 but after that RAM have this two faults. Used FA with all retrofits.
WILLY26 answered correct. I read today FSC from RAM and ASD FSC was rejected. But I'm sure car do not have ASD and I do not have FSC for ASD in fsc repair pack.
So I tested and flashed back to factory istep and fault gone.
Now the question is, could it be that now all cars with B58 have ASD and in former times not?
I also tried to flash to 4.33.31 with factory FA and got same two fault.
Try to deactivate ASD in RAM by coding, but all options with ASD are INACTIVE.
So is this a bug?

if ram is used maybe from car with asd you need to disable old fsc and flash again to new istep

I check FIN of donor car but cannot find ASD - but I think you get ASD for free if you have maybe high-end soundsystem?
I ll try to disable it and flash again, maybe this is the solution?!

When did you acquire your repair pack? Was it before or after 20-03 was released?

P.S. This is new for me too, but as no one else is suggesting anything...

P.P.S. It could also be that iStep is buggy. You could try a newer one.

I got repair pack one month ago and I've read Ista release now again.

HEADLINE "Known faultsF, G, I, U series "
I checked release info till 4.34.1x - this is first release info WITHOUT RAM - enable code action when programming on 20-03 or later. Maybe it is a iStep bug. I will DL this iStep and flash after I tested WILLY26 idea
