Bdc Flash failed at 99% SWFL_0000241a
Hi,
I was flashing the bdc of a mini F56 from 01-14 istep to 07-23 (latest) so it accepts HELC option. The flash started fine but all of a sudden at 99% the car went off, eventough it is connected to a powermaintaner. The flash was at 99%, and even if the car goes off bdc stays on usually. Then the flash failed. I tried reflashing swfl_0000241A_005_018 with a modified tal but it keeps failing. Full reflash goes fine until 241a and fails again at 99%. Tried lower istep but bdc does not accept lower btld. Tried different esys also no succes, different laptop same issue. I think the bdc just crashed and its stuck in bootloader mode. Any suggestions? Esys gives the error: “routinecontrolerasememoryindicatederasing” |

It can solve this.
Had last week issue with a head unit. Fails on flash with e-sys however Ista solved it. MGU virgin and patching in Europa.

Issue is I cannot update all modules since the DME is tuned. Ista updates whole car, and all modules.

Is fa correct did you checked? Can you post fa and svt_ist?
