Are you on the latest TCM software? If so you will receive a check engine light and the shifts will be very slow. I had the same transmission issues with my 2012 ford focus with the DCT gearbox. I took it in to my dealer for the update and the next day I got the CEL. I returned to the dealer who was then able to replace the TCM under the extended warranty that Ford offered to everyone (if you are the original owner you should have received a letter about it).
The dealers need the code so they can replace the TCM. After replacement of the latest version of the TCM my car is shifting well. |
