dd if=/dev/mtd/3 of=/tmp/mtd3

modify the file as required and ...

dd if=/tmp/mtd3 of=/dev/mtd/3

Sounds like a trip to a wood with a tree in your backpack, does it ? You could also edit .rc startup to bring up eth0/eth1 with ifconfig and fixed MAC. That's not the point.

Better to spend free time sniffing what's between ZGM<>ivm wink
