If the MCU pin 23 goes to L9637D pin 1 that hardware is made for a real PIC18F458
The hardware for fake MCU has to have two components or their pads only (c22 and D5 ) and the MCU pin 15 goes to L9637D pin 1.
This are specific for both tools
In this hardware you can only change the MCU with a real one and flash it. No need to do any hardware modification as in case you have the hardware for the fake MCU. I hope you understand what I mean.
The Chinese cheat us because they read in forums that we explained many times how to check what kind of tool you get.
They soldered a diffrent fake MCU but the hardware as I told you is for a real MCU.
So you have to expect that they will change the MCU even in the opcom v5 hardware soon.
This hardware that was shared by Mr. lm0nade its a redesigned opcom v5 that it has to have a real MCU but the chinese cheat him and maybe many customers like this.
I know that you told me because you have one in your hand but for one that wanna buy one its easy to be cheated just looking to the pics that are shared in the aliexpress or ebay.
So you will not be sure what you will buy till you will have the harware in your hand and you will try to upgrade/downgrade the firmware. Very bad futhure for buyers from China

Hi, I have this one dead. No way to flash it OCflash. It say V5 but MCU pin 23 go to C22 and D5, pin 15 goes as painted in photo. If I understand good this is for fake mcu. What can i do with this? What hardware modification if i buy original PIC18F458-I/PT. If I buy ori MCU how can i flash it? Thanks in advance.

Which programmer would do it? I see my tl866 has it but no connection info, xprog can't carprog can't.

So i found this diagram but when i try to read only i get i 0x0000 no id, no data. Can't erase, can't write. I found hardware modification like on the photo below. If i make this pcb modification and buy ori MCU will I be able to make this one HQ clone? Which software should i write into original PIC? Thanks in advance.

Any Pic Programmer can do this. For instance I am using a genuine PicKit3 programmer but you can use yours.
Sorry but what did you try to read? Your MCU as I can see in your pics. Then forget about this. You haven't a real PIC18F458 in your tool. Its a PIC18F45K80 on your PCB.

I was just playing around with it which firmware should i upload to an original PIC and which software should i use?

As for free you can find only opcom china clone 2010 and this is using fw 1.39 you can install tis first.
Also there is the vauxcom 120309a as free ( any version that add 2014 or 2016 database are fakes ). So vaxcom use fw1.45 but if you flashe fw 1.39 first then when you will use first time this version of software will upgrade automatically the firmware.
Also after you will flash any versions of firmware in your tool you will be able to use the OCFlash to flash any firmware you like but I don't think that you have something to win if you use vauxcom with other version of firmware the fw 1.45
For China clone 2010 you need fw1.39 that works better then with a higher firmware versions.

One last question, who can help activate higher  software if i want to use it with HQ clone firmware? I would like to use this tool with cars after 2010.

HQ clone its a china clone with a patched FTDI to works with the cracked softwares for "HQ clone"
The firmware its the same. Only the FTDI its patched as I said
HQ clone solution is not for free.

could anybody help me with how to uninstall 120390a version from PC?
I want to clear PC from Vaux-com/Opcom installation but there is no uninstall icon.
