hi guys , the question is :
on a 2009 750i with 6hp26z it is possible to swap a 6hp28 gearbox ? theoretically is a no answer , but i'd like to hear your opinion and knowledge. thanks for helping |

That would be a massive job to try and fail. Why dont you find right box and finish everything with the style? Those boxes are available.

so a virgin 6hp28 would work on a pre facelift f01 with 6hp26z ? |

Its no problem to swap 8HP to pre lci F01 750i. Need change oil lines and gearbox plug, program and coding with math ISN. Simply job.
