Dude... you clearly have a completely Broken, jacked up, Fucked up install going on.... you have 5 different versions and 3 languages going on... no wonder you run outta room... you have a standalone ista while trying to use the authentic launcher.... launcherConsole is your only way to update ... if done right you will have version 4.39 for everything except BLP and SDP... follow the guide... 

like this..... i have standalone 4.41.41... BLP / SDP updated to 4.45.21

uninstall and start over only using en-GB (required) and your de-ES (spanish) languages... no need for de-DE

hey there! Do you have some instructions/steps for me on to how I can have the same ISTA setup as yours?

Where did you get the 4.41.41 standalone? And updated to 4.45.21?

With latest ista version is it possible to program using enet cable ?
i have already add line
<add key="BMW.Rheingold.ISTAGUI.enableENETprogramming" value="true" />
it generate measure plans but execute button is greyed
