Still same error unfortunately, I am guessing it something to do with activation possibly by errors in logs.

Finally the logs...

IMHO error in your log "Initialization of PSdZ failed due to following reason: F:\EC-APPS\ISTA\PSdZ\data_swi\psdzdata\mapping\brref.xml file is missing in psdzdata directory." is PRETTY SELF-EXPLANATORY. You extracted your data_swi folder WRONG!

Many thanks for all your help

Bit of a learning curve on my part that I could have got to the resolution quicker if I had supplied the correct logs. Added the missing directory, now all working as expected.

Updated all the modules replaced the swirl flap actuator and followed the rest adaptions so good to have low down power again.
