ISTA-p is really last software that should be or is used for programming used modules :P Knowledge comes from practise. Typical ISTA-p setup is handy when it comes to customer car which isn't modded or is modded way ISTA wouldn't make a boo boo. Everything could be done much easier in many cases using developer tools like kfp or using 3rd party tools which aren't necessary cheap.


Read, practice, think, read, practice, think, read, practice, think... repeat until necessary.
There is a lot of useful informations freely available, and more than lot of crap which can confuse.

ok so i wasted a complete day installing ISTA-P lol

are there any tutorials so i can read without to much confusion there so many conflicting articles out there i just wan one i can trust and follow.
