Ford Focus BusCan problem
Hi,
We have a Ford Focus 16d from 2005 with a bus can problem. We don't have any dialog with PCM. We try with 3 different ecu's but no way, also we put 2 dashbord and no way to.. We put a wire to dashboard but no communication with ecu. We have 60 Ohms on obd plug between 8 and 14... We have communication with every others ecu's... Can somebody help us ? Thanks, |

you may have a problem with the PCM.
Try searching the electrical scheme of your car. checks the positive and negative for PCM, check in PCM can bus line and instrument panel, disconnect the wires and measure the resistance at pins of CAN BUS (120 Ohms) of each unit I think the line can bus OBD2 . between pins 6 and 14. You can check the CAN bus with an oscilloscope .... just check for communication (See an example of checking Astra H) |
