Making own s.1279 module
Hello all,

As you know, Chinese clone s.1279 interfaces are not reliable. I wore my second interface and it starts to be annoying.

So I decided to search how to make my own s.1279. I mean, I think 2 additional modified EOBD f-m cable with do s.1279's work: one is for A side, and one is for B side.

On this point, I need to know pin numbers to modify. Could anybody help me to find out which pin must go to which pin for my cables?

I hope somebody will help and other friends willl benefit from this topic.

Waiting for your kind answers...

RE: Making own s.1279 module
Well thanks dear Fantomel,

however we must simply find pin numbers to be changed:

as you know, Multiecuscan (FFEM -former fiat ecu scan-) uses simple ELM327 to connect CAN1 for Fiat cars. To connect to Fiorino's CAN2 (as airbag, body computer, dashboard etc. is on CAN2), we need a adapter named "ADAPTER 3".

This BIPPER car is completely a FIAT FIORINO with a Peugeot Engine, as you know.

With s1279 famous cable, we are telling our lovely Evolution that "you are a Fiat tool, you fool!" by changing it's pin outs. Am I right at this point?

So simply, let's say for Bipper/Nemo side of s.1279:

Which pins should we change to use is like ELM327 pinouts? Because ELM327 pinouts are capable to find their way to connect CAN1 and CAN2 (with an adapter) ECUs of Fiorino.
