hello, I have a problem, when I install version 8.0 and try to start lexia or pp2000, I get the error: data access problem, with version 7.52 I do not have this problem

Hi. I made the Diagbox installation successfully. I updated to version 8.55. I get an error when closing after the last update. I have not found out what the problem is.
On Vmware Fusion. Xp SP3 32 bit. .Net 3.5 SP1, VC++ 2008 Redistributable Package installed. |
