Board computer code, BMW X5
Hello, I need the help of an expert in BMW, I have a client with a BMW X5 2004 to entering the wrong code in the onboard computer, now the car will not start, do not have the correct code, the dealer tell me that with diagnostic equipment can be obtained, I have the ISTA, someone can tell me how I have to do to get the code?

Disconnect battery wait 5 min connect battery back, turn egnition key to position 1 wait 10 min and start engine
