Volavka,question for you,not so long ago I bought MPPS V16 EU,the same sw version.For your Bmw you chose EDC16C35 K_line Slow /can and after ECU Id data shows you BMW kline fast mode..Can I safely read and write although I chose incorrect of type?
And second question, It MUST be 14V or above for safe write through OBD?Its not enough 12.5-13V with battery charger connected?
And what does it mean "some ECUs may loose Comms"
I am new on this stuff and I want to read and write DDE7 E60

@grmsek.damjan i made more than 10 bmw (EDC16C35) with mpps eu clone without Problem .just you need to correct crc before write . because mpps not calc crc
and always i use battery charger during reading/writing for safety work

Yes, but with good battery charger do not allways achieved 14V or above? Is this important?
Good tuner must always remember by himself to calculate checksum before send the file to customer

why the tuner must to calculate cecksum?...there are cases that only tool calculate ok cecksum...example edc17,denso,etc...so,better to buy a good tool for remapping service
