I have a Tiguan 2011 with color cluster.
I want to change it with 3D colour.

Must I go to vw dealer to adapt the immo?
or can I do it my self?

The tool I have is:

I can read/write the eprom chipset inside the cluster 24c64

I have odis and vcds

I know that the immo section is somewhere but I don't know.

If I read my old eeprom and write it down to the 3D cluster will the car start?

You can't copy the contents of the eeprom, its encrypted.

At this moment the only solution is to go to the dealer.

Sw 0703 is possible with vvdi or smok, uhds and org. VAG Tacho. All other also possible but there is no public tool at this time

It is neccassary to modify the nec with other Firmware and than it's also possible to adapt this Kind of sw versions..
