[Fxx series] Problem with clock time
Hi All,

Got an issue with my f20 lci.
Few months ago I coded my car.
But nothing about clock time.

Today, don't know if it's linked to my coding but : my clock is frozen. It don't move anymore. It's blocked to a certain hour. Both in instrument cluster and screen

What I already done :
- check / uncheck "auto time set"
- manually modified the clock, change is apply but still frozen to the new time

It's frozen in both case (check and uncheck "auto time set")

So when I use my GPS, my arrival hour is wrong.

Do you guys have an idea to my strange problem ?

The problem is in the instrument cluster, it is necessary to disconnect the instrument cluster from the power for 10 minutes, disconnecting the battery does not have to be even in the instrument cluster

RE: [Fxx series] Problem with clock time
So disconnect only the battery for 10 minutes is not enough ?

RE: [Fxx series] Problem with clock time
Yes, also do a firmware update on Kombi and NBT, then the fault shouldn't reappear

RE: [Fxx series] Problem with clock time
I had same thing with e60 long time ago. Faulty cluster. Battery trick worked for a day or two and same thing over again. Replaced cluster and all was good.

Turning off the kombi = disconnect the instrument cluster ?
How do I do that ?

I will try to disconnect the battery for 10min and I let you now the result...b
But just before doing it, Disconnecting the battery will not cause other problems by reconnecting it?
