Ok, Esys decodes the header of the FSC file, and in there there is a field called "Upgrade-Index", maybe thats it! (some fields blanked by me in the pic)


Check fsc status, and look index fsc of 120

-Index, 01210026 is EVO 2016-1
-Index, 01210027 is EVO 2016-2
-Index, 01210029 is EVO 2016-3
-Index, 0121002A is EVO 2016-4
-Index, 0121002B is EVO 2017-1 (Last)

If you have index 27, only you can update up to 2016-2
if you try to update for example to 2016-3,2017-1, or ne, allways ask new FSC and not is possible update, the only way is buy code.

You sure ? I installed 2017-1 last night and it didn't ask for any code. It was a fully update from USB.

Maybe Esys show only index of actual map, and not show real index, please can you check if index is changed, with check status after update map.
