Please see attachment for sp daten v53.3 (supposed to be released in august 2014). Since your car is 2009 they should do the job.

I get de sp-daten.WINKFP works now. But it not find all the zusb numbers that i find with INPA. i search for this problem, but i not find a good solution for this. maby someone have some info.

i dit a programstate check with inpa, there was a fault on the CAS module and the NAV module. maby someone can explane what this mean.

There is no program on the CAS.
AIF from CAS read and ZB number flashing again.
If you have TeamViewer you can watch the live.

i never use winkfp.
It is better to program with the icom or with dcan cable?

Might be time to learn to use winkfp as it may be your last resort.
It's always better to use Icom and if you have MOST system then you'll need MOST Connector as well, also known as Icom B

Yes im new in this programing. i search for a good tutorial. i have to now witch ecu type i have to flash. maby someone can help me a little to start. my car is a 320D touring 2009.

i not find this MOST connector in my car. i see its hidden someware.

Yes and this is main reason why programming session failed, people without basic knowledge get hands on dcan and software and start to program cars (kind of update madness). Before you started programming you should read,read and read then get proper tools and start .

Tutorial should be read at the very beginning not now.

Now maybe better tow car into dealership and next time think good before pressing execute measuring plan.

You can check ISTA-P session logs for detailed ECU ZUSB and I-Steps before programming session.

Pay attention when you flash CAS, ignition must be OFF and key out.
If you flash with ISTA you'll see message to do this.

To start with my story : I updated the EGS and did not find the ZUSB not even in SP Daten V22 (I downloaded all versions from 53 to 22 but nowhere to be found).

So given this situation, I found out that you can update a module without knowing the ZUSB.

You start WINKFP, hit F1 Comfort Mode, hit F3 Update ZUSB (enter the exact module name, for me it was GKE215), hit F4 Enter VIN and paste the entire VIN.
Hit Done and then Prog. ZB Update.

Now wait patiently until it's done. It took like 30mins and the progress bar went twice to 100%. Programming done should be displayed when everything is done.

How to find out your ECU : Under data folder, open CMD and type findstr /s /l "ZUSBNUMBER" * . It should list all files where the ZUSB is contained.

Please note that my EGS was fine, had no error. And I had a battery charger connected during the flash.

First you need to know ....never flash any module on car wit out good voltage min12.9v max 14.5v
I always flash with 14.2v never problem ....
CAS noting to do with ,if you have lights ON on das ,,,your CAS is dood , if you don't have lighys ON on das you need to manuel wokup CAS ,,,to do that jump wires on back of yor OBD port pin 16 and pin 1
so you manuely powering CAS ,,,after you can re-flash any module..

i never make this fault again. i have now a good power charger. i have no lights on dash. only the radio play. the contact don't work. if i put my key nothing happends. So this fault in the CAS module makes that i can not turn on the dash. My car is still in program mode. If i do this sollution, than i can break the CAS ?

reprograming of CAS fix the problem.
