Friend. your only solution is to desolder 29f400 and write file with programmer as wellon, galep.... but you only solved like these metod

Hi.
You can recovery without... Desoldering.
You need Mpps 13..16..18..
And select vw... 1,9...edc15p
Select original file... And write
Select only write. Without Ecu id... Or read
I have tested this solution on 3..4 Ecu edc15p
And work 100%

You don't need pinout. Just desolder 29f400 flash and write ori dump.

Desoldered, i can't write org/mod dump, i will buy a new eeprom and try.

New 29F400BT eeprom soldered, and original dump loaded ok, car start ok.

What abaut on the bench and boot mode with generic vag protocol list and mpps? Can we "wake up" an edc15 bricked ecu?
I JUST workwith (MPPS V16 EU) on a non bricked ecu with boot mode (PIN 24 to GND) without any resistor and without ecu ID,just put pin 24 to ground,then ON power supply, wait 15 seconds, and disconnect pin 24 from ground then direct read or write and WORKS!!! (but I didnt tryed on bricked ecu)
