Well I had a similar problem and I had 3 gdi lines in user account which I erased. It seems that your problem is not the same. You dont have those additional lines. If you have odis-s 4.2.3 you cant install odis-e 7.2.2 because the launcher for odis-e is more new,i have the same problem.with odis-e 8.0.5 you dont have this problem.
