Yes.... The problem was the bcm... 

Try to use other bcm, same s/w, (if you are sure that the ecu is ok)  the car have crash? Mine had the problem after wrong  battery polar connect.... The best solution is to find a set of ecu+bcm of a similar car and check if the car work correctly....(need the key to)....
