You cannot do anything till you will have the GDS leased. I mean from your pics I can see No Valid Lease.
So your GDS2 its not activated and it have no days lease.
Thats why you have no button active

Activation is not free.
Try a VMware if you want to don't spend money for a native installation. Vmware its free.
Activation and upgrade for one year official is 120€+ fees. Totally is arround 150 €
Unofficially maybe is less.

The instalation should be like this
1. Tis2weConnectivity
2. GDS2java
3. GDS2install
4. Add packages
5. Activate it and lease it
I also have installed Java v6.26 ( or v7.17) in win 7 ultimate

Hello there,

I'm using the 2011 gds2 v9 version installed via gtis v32. can I update this version without losing my rent? can you help with this?

You will loose it and you cannot use GTis v32 to release the newer versions of GDS2 then the one (v9 ) that the Gtis v32 can install it
