Hy!
Please help me! I buoght a C4 multiplexer and HDD complett pack. A into the HDD the laptop. I connected to C4 Lan cable with laptop IP adress settings: 172.29.127.11 and mask:255 255 0 0, 6 AA batteries into main unit. But I try connecting the car DAS FAULT CODE:fault (1.1)-1.501.9887. I see the C4 display 10s communication with my laptop (laptop name see the C4 display) and after 10s device not in use. Once time is good the communication I diagnostic to car. But reboot my computer and unplug the obd cable problem has return. If i connected lan cable my laptop is recognized C4 serial number 100925, I see the desktop in the bottom right corner. Thanks! Can be used only rechargeable batteries for SDConnect.

What version of the Xentry? Maybe a "cooked" bin folder for DAS brings up the problem.
Did you try to communicate with Xentry vehicles? Such as 204, 212 or any models afterwards? * Even without rechargable batteries inside, there won't be a fault. |

2017/12 version. Unpredictable to its operation. Once time communication is good, but I reboot my computer and not communication. One hour later I plug obd and it works again..... I once deleted the settings in the C4 for a couple of hours I dont now that C4Mux bad or softwear setting bad? 2 weeks older the Mux. Who repair C4 MUX on Cartechnology site? Thanks! Return the mux for replacement.
By the way, if the seller doesn't help you can contact me for mux repair. |

Thank you everyone! Yesterday I bought 6 piece AA rechargeable batteries, and delete all configuration via C4 main unit. Now commonication is good! Thanks! Bosch Diesel-Petrol vehicle Technician.
