I think the adapters name is ICOM-E

Anyone have schematic from this adapter, are any electronics inside ?

This schematic is for enet cable. Nothing to do with the ICOM-E for motorcycles with MA 2.2 DME. The genuine ICOM-E has electronics inside to translate the data for ISTA because it does not use K-Line or CAN bus line for diagnostics as per OBD standards. It uses pulse type info.

I have somewhere some simple schematics for DIY code reader with some resistors and LED so can read the error codes stored, but of course it can not be used with ICOM and ISTA.

Nope, that's DoIP... very new - the 3pin is OLD and on K1 and K1100 models.. you can either buy a 3 pin interface $99 bucks I think or look at it.. somewhere i have data.. These are mostly just blin k codes on the old BOSCH ECU
