I measured and the cable with marked "10" is the KL15,
so if I connect to the (B+) then the ICOM see the ignition and can measured as well! rock

I do't need this adapter: cheers

but the other two are cables connected to the same number as it marked on the round connector!
(CAN-HIGH number "7" and CAN-LOW number "9") but for what? dontknow

I do not think so!

Because for this is the ICOM-E interface!

RE: ICOM (NEXT) D infos
Yes, I know that, I have it. This is for preseries with this round diag connector.

But for MA2.2 need the ICOM-E. This is for 3 pin.

The original question is what is the three connectors in ICOM-D?

Maybe they are used for connecting to the CAN network and intercepting the CAN messages between modules for analysis. Of course with some additional external tools. Needs to be tested because I think that BMW DME is isolating the CAN messages between modules and diagnostic connector.

BTW, you mentioned that you have the 83302364732 adapter. Does this adapter have electronics inside or only wires. Can you measure and post the pinout? I know what it should be doing but I have never seen one genuine BMW to confirm my findings.

The 83302364732 cable have no electronic inside, only 1-1 wires except only the pin 10.

With or without electronic inside in ICOM-D?

Because I have both!
The point is that without electronic can you use only with ISTA-D or INPA
not for ISTA-P and E-sys!
