I have one F25 with SOS Call System Failure and this errors:
Advanced Telematic Module: B7F33C Internal control unit fault
Infotainment: B7F8D5 USB connection between the head unit and TCB: No connection

I have tried to recode ECALL but module want to respond, after diagnostic with ISTA I have saw that part of software is missing.

Could update of software solve the problem or Telematic Box must to be changed?

I have all files except HWEL-00001B94-003.004.004 and I'll try to update TCB, can someone answer me do I really need this file and how to update with E-Sys?

TELD must be with written + or just type in E-Sys TELD, save and write VO.

Yes save TELD in VO, Update VCM, VO Code Kombi and done
And yes with that type of error : B7F33C Internal control unit fault, it is a hardware fault, ECU is faulty. Pretty common issue after a while on many models, including E series.

i see UNKN_xxx.xxx.xxx.xx,
you have to flash it with esys,
ista-p/ista-d wont fix this

hi, i have an issue with Advanced Telematic Module: B7F33C Internal control unit fault, it is very annoying, so can someone give me data for flashing it with esys or any other solution?
